Diamerisma
The table that brings warmth to the stone, by not being stone.
Diamerisma is a small low table on a dark cast-aluminium base, topped in warm walnut or a high-gloss lacquer rather than stone. We built it as a companion to the Solinas, the soft, warm note set against the stone of the larger table. We cast the base in the same aluminium as the Solinas and lacquer it in a gun-metal tone, then set the top height so it can shift a little and the two read as a pair at the heights you want.
For the top we either lay a walnut veneer, grained and warm, or build up a deep lacquered colour and bring it to a high gloss. We finish each one by hand so it sits true against the metal.

Is the Diamerisma made of marble?
No. Its top is warm walnut or a high-gloss lacquer, on a cast-aluminium base. It is the wood-and-colour companion to the marble Solinas.
Does it go with another table?
Yes. It is designed to sit alongside the Solinas coffee table, and its top height can be adjusted slightly to pair them.
What finishes can I choose?
A veneered walnut top or a high-gloss Blood Grape lacquer top.
