B. Order and Payment
Online store orders require an email account and browser configured for cookies and pop-ups. The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders even after automatic confirmation. Order form submission accepts general purchase conditions.
The company may not process orders lacking sufficient collection guarantee, with incomplete or incorrect data, or unavailable products. Non-processing will be communicated via email with reasons. If payment was made for unavailable items, the company will refund those amounts.
Shipping extends to all countries outside the EU, with recipients responsible for local sales or import taxes. Delivery-time fees are buyer responsibility. Shipping costs appear in product sheets.
Orders are insured against transport accidents while in transit until delivery. Products deliver on working days; delivery times may vary during seasonal sales.
Order payment methods include bank transfer, credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), and PayPal. No other payment methods should be attempted. Customers may pay part or all of order price depending on promotional codes or sales/discounts.
Clicking "Authorize Payment" accepts total amount payment intent including shipping and delivery costs. Delivery address will be the order address. After order placement and payment confirmation checks, customers receive email receipt acknowledgment. If unable to ship within five days, the company informs customers and may cancel.
Order Non-Acceptance Rights
The company reserves the right to refuse orders in the following situations without liability:

D. Reservation of Ownership
TCC Whitestone, Lda owns products until receiving full payment.
E. Order Status and Delivery
The company informs customers via email upon confirming order data accuracy and providing order status. When ready for delivery, customers receive expected reception date email. Delivery occurs at the customer-specified address.
Customers may contact customer service for delivery information using website contacts. Deliveries occur Monday to Friday with no weekend or Portuguese public holiday shipments. Delivery is attempted within commercially reasonable timeframes but cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery is guaranteed only to residences or offices in listed available countries. Customers must ensure someone is at the specified address. Delivery is completed upon receipt signature at the agreed address, even by third parties present there.
During promotions, delivery time may exceed normal duration. Shipping charges apply per order; exact pricing depends on country and conditions.
Transportation prices exclude truck unloading or interior carrying (house, apartment, shop, site, etc.). Assembly and mounting is not included.
If home delivery is impossible and customers are unavailable after two delivery attempts, customers receive new information regarding pickup location. Customers have 15 working days from the second delivery attempt to collect orders. Non-collection within this period results in company collection and full amount refund except order sending costs.
F. Order Modification and Withdrawal
Customers may modify or withdraw orders while in "Order in Preparation" status. Status confirmation requires contacting customer service. Modification or withdrawal requires contacting customer service as soon as possible.
G. Product Prices
Online store product prices include Value Added Tax (VAT). Shipping applies per order with exact pricing depending on delivery country (contact customer service for details). All prices are quoted in euros.
Country changes may influence prices and transport costs. Final checkout menus include total prices with taxes and shipping. Prices are confirmed at order time. Transfer exact amounts specified and make individual transfers per order.
Product prices are subject to change. The company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Purchase-time prices apply to that purchase except for computer error. Despite careful updates, price information may contain errors. The company does not commit to offers and reserves the right to cancel orders for such errors.
H. Transfer of Risk
Ordered item deterioration risk transfers to customers upon delivery.
I. Quality and Guarantee
Delivered items should correspond to online store selections. Products may not exactly match images or colours due to browser and device screen colour settings. The company sells only perfect condition items; if customers exceptionally receive defective items, the company complies with applicable legislation warranty obligations.
Customers must contact customer service immediately upon receiving damaged products. Unsatisfied customers due to material or manufacturing flaws, including transportation damage, may return items per return instructions.
The company does not sell second-hand, defective, or inferior quality products. Upon delivery, customers must inspect packaging for damage. Finding damaged products requires declining delivery, with the company reimbursing amounts upon return completion.
Customers must check received product conditions within 30 days; after this, the company considers products accepted and will not accept exchanges or returns.
J. Exchanges and Returns
Customers have 15 days from delivery to exchange items. Post-period exchanges may be refused. Contact customer service via email or phone (available on the website) for exchange procedures.
Items made to customer specifications or manifestly personalized do not grant exchange or return rights. The company will not exchange items that, by nature, cannot be exchanged for hygiene or safety reasons or were damaged by improper use. Exchange is subject to stock availability.
For returns, customers have 15 days from delivery to return items freely without basis. Items may be returned at no additional cost if returned without use signs (inspection allowed if causing no depreciation), with corresponding labels, components (extra applications), and original packaging.
Post-15-day returns or failure to comply with return conditions may result in refusal. The company is not obliged to reimburse additional order delivery costs; products must be returned to Rua Norton de Matos 835, 4405-671 Gulpilhares, VNG, Portugal. Return costs are customer responsibility. The company does not assume liability for loss or damage during shipping.
Upon receiving returned items in good condition, the company will refund the entire item amount, excluding shipping or return charges. Refunds occur within maximum 15 working days from receipt, with amounts (including VAT) returned via bank transfer. Customers should provide bank details to info@maamihome.com. Shipping costs are customer responsibility.
K. Intellectual Property
Products sold by TCC Whitestone, Lda are copyrighted by MAAMI HOME or authorized licensed suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws. Unless expressly authorized in writing, customers cannot copy or reproduce ordered or purchased products.

These general conditions and all emergent disputes must be governed by Portuguese law, specifically DL n.o 7/2004 (electronic commerce in the internal market and personal data treatment), Law No. 144/2015 (out-of-court consumer dispute resolution mechanisms), and Law No. 46/2012 (personal data treatment and privacy protection in electronic communications), along with EU standards including Directive 2011/83/EU (consumer rights) and Directive 1999/44/EC (sale of consumer goods and related guarantees).
