Fiji
One of the first we ever made, and still one of the most asked for.
Fiji is a freestanding Carrara washbasin set on a two-legged walnut base, one of the bestsellers of the Maami Home bath collection. It was one of the first pieces we ever made, and we still get asked for it more than most. We give almost all the width to the basin and keep only a narrow ledge for what you set beside it. It also comes in Arabescato on a night-blue lacquered support with a satin finish.
We machine the basin from a single block, running our own programming, then finish it by hand in a honed matte. The walnut base is worked by hand and shaped down to the two legs that carry the stone.

The Fiji takes a wall-mounted tap, since the basin keeps a clean stone surface with no deck tap hole.
How does it drain?
Through a waste in the basin that runs down between the two walnut legs to the floor outlet.
